In the 2005-2006 academic year, it started its activities to train the sports manager candidates needed by the private and public sectors. Students who graduate from this department can work as managers, especially in sports organizations, and students who receive management formation can work in other fields in the public and private sectors. The students of our department have management formation. Students are admitted to our department with a special talent exam. There are seven lecturers in the department. Efforts and attempts are still ongoing to open masters and doctoral programs.
